Last Updated: 19 August 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to cancellations, refunds, rescheduling and payments for services and products offered through vikassahajwani.com by Vikas Sahajwani / The Sales Architect.
This policy applies to coaching programmes, one-to-one coaching sessions, consulting and advisory services, workshops, training programmes, digital products, ebooks, downloadable resources, events and other paid offerings unless a specific product or service page states different terms.
By making a payment, booking a service or registering for a programme, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. SERVICES COVERED
This policy may apply to:
• One-to-one sales coaching sessions
• Sales coaching programmes
• Corporate sales training and workshops
• Consulting and advisory services
• Career and professional coaching
• Online or offline workshops
• Training programmes
• Webinars and events
• Digital products and downloadable resources
• Ebooks and educational materials
• Any other paid service or product offered through this website
3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
A booking or registration is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the booking has been acknowledged or confirmed by us.
Prices, payment terms, programme duration, inclusions and other conditions may vary depending on the service or programme selected.
All applicable taxes, payment gateway charges or other charges, where applicable, will be communicated before or during the payment process.
4. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
For one-to-one coaching, consultation or advisory sessions:
• A customer may request cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Where cancellation is requested within the applicable notice period, the customer may request rescheduling or a refund, subject to the specific service terms.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not qualify for a refund.
• If a customer does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be treated as a completed booking and may not be eligible for a refund.
5. RESCHEDULING
We understand that circumstances may change.
A customer may request rescheduling of a coaching, consultation or advisory session by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be limited to one rescheduling request per booking unless otherwise agreed.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellation of the booking.
6. CANCELLATION OF COACHING PROGRAMMES
For coaching programmes or packages consisting of multiple sessions:
Once the programme has commenced, refunds may be considered only for the unused portion of the programme where applicable and subject to the specific programme terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Any sessions already delivered, attended, scheduled and made available, or services already substantially performed may not be refundable.
If a programme has a separate cancellation or refund policy displayed at the time of purchase, that specific policy will apply.
7. WORKSHOPS, TRAINING PROGRAMMES AND EVENTS
For workshops, training programmes, seminars and events:
• Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the terms communicated at the time of registration.
• Where seats, venue arrangements, trainers, materials or other resources have been reserved specifically for a participant, refunds may be restricted after the applicable cancellation deadline.
• Non-attendance after registration does not automatically create a right to a refund.
• If an event is postponed, we may offer the participant the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive such refund as may be applicable under the circumstances.
8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND EBOOKS
Digital products, ebooks, downloadable resources, templates and other digital materials may generally not be eligible for cancellation or refund once the product has been delivered, downloaded or access has been provided.
However, if you experience a genuine technical problem preventing access to a purchased digital product, you should contact us so that we can investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide access, a replacement or another reasonable resolution.
9. CONSULTING AND ADVISORY SERVICES
For consulting and advisory assignments:
Cancellation and refund terms may depend on the scope of work, stage of the assignment, resources committed and work already performed.
If work has already commenced, any refund will be considered based on the portion of services already delivered and any non-recoverable costs or commitments incurred for the assignment.
10. CUSTOMER REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS
Refund requests should be submitted by email and should include:
• Customer name
• Email address used for booking or payment
• Service or programme purchased
• Date of purchase
• Transaction or payment reference, if available
• Reason for the refund request
• Any supporting information relevant to the request
Refund requests should be sent to:
11. REFUND REVIEW
Each refund request will be reviewed based on:
• The type of service or product purchased
• The date of purchase
• Whether the service has commenced
• Whether any session or service has already been delivered
• Whether access to a digital product has been provided
• The cancellation notice provided
• The specific terms applicable to the purchase
• Any applicable consumer protection or other legal requirements
12. APPROVED REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction, wherever technically and legally possible.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution involved.
We will communicate the refund status to the customer where appropriate.
13. REFUNDS REQUIRED BY LAW
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights, remedies or protections available to a consumer under applicable law.
Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation, replacement, remedy or other consumer protection, such legal requirements will prevail over any conflicting provision of this policy.
14. CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule or discontinue a service, programme, workshop or event due to circumstances including but not limited to:
• Unforeseen circumstances
• Trainer or consultant unavailability
• Technical issues
• Insufficient registrations
• Venue or operational issues
• Force majeure events
• Government restrictions or regulatory requirements
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Where we cancel a paid service before it has been delivered, we will communicate the available options, which may include rescheduling, replacement service or refund, as applicable.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be responsible for failure or delay in providing a service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, serious technical failures, government restrictions, public emergencies, infrastructure failures, internet disruptions, strikes or other force majeure events.
Where appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an alternative arrangement.
16. PAYMENT GATEWAY CHARGES
Where a refund is approved, the amount refunded may be subject to payment processing or transaction-related charges where such charges are non-refundable and applicable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any such deduction, where applicable, will be communicated to the customer.
17. FRAUDULENT OR UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS
If a payment appears to be fraudulent, unauthorised or made using a payment method without the account holder's permission, we may suspend the relevant transaction or service while the matter is investigated.
Customers should immediately contact their bank or payment provider in case of an unauthorised transaction.
18. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS OR CAREER RESULTS
Coaching, consulting, training and advisory services are intended to provide guidance, education, strategies and support.
We do not guarantee any specific sales result, revenue level, promotion, employment outcome, business growth, investment return or other personal or professional result.
Refund eligibility is not determined by whether a customer achieves a particular business, sales or career outcome.
19. POLICY FOR CORPORATE CLIENTS
Corporate clients, organisations and institutions may be subject to separate commercial agreements, proposals, purchase orders, invoices or engagement terms.
Where a written agreement has been entered into with a corporate client, the refund and cancellation provisions contained in that agreement will apply.
20. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Any request to change the participant name, service, programme, date, time or other booking details will be considered subject to availability and operational feasibility.
We reserve the right to decline a requested change where the service has already commenced or resources have already been committed.
21. MULTIPLE BOOKINGS
Where a customer purchases multiple sessions or services separately, each booking may be treated as an individual transaction unless the purchase is expressly sold as a package or programme.
Refund eligibility may therefore be assessed separately for each booking.
22. PROMOTIONAL OR DISCOUNTED OFFERS
Special promotional offers, discounted programmes, early-bird registrations, bundled services or other limited-time offers may have specific cancellation and refund conditions.
Where specific conditions are displayed at the time of purchase, those conditions will apply to that offer.
23. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once a refund has been approved, we will initiate the refund within a reasonable period.
The actual time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's bank account, card account or payment wallet may depend on the payment gateway and financial institution.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by banks, card networks or payment processors.
